Custom ONYX Battery Packs

Battery Repair and Rebuilds

For diagnostics, Northeast Battery Systems checks the battery and charger, tests the cells and battery management system, then provides a health report and recommendations. Repairs begin after the customer approves the proposed work.

A rebuild uses new lithium cells and a new battery management system. Charging ports, wiring, and connectors can also be replaced when needed. The company also offers cell balancing, balance-lead repairs, BMS replacement and configuration, battery enclosures, and performance testing.
