ONYX 45Ah BMS App

The ONYX 45Ah BMS app is the easiest one yet. Whether your battery’s in the bike or out, it gives you instant access to voltage, balance delta, and temps-no guesswork, just quick and clear info.

The ONYX 45Ah BMS app doesn’t offer-or need-an option to disable the charge or discharge ports. That’s because ONYX has upgraded the discharge port to a QS8 anti-spark connector.

Total Voltage

Your main screen is on the second page of the app, which shows your battery’s charge level. Just remember: 84V is full, 72V is half, and 60V is empty. Keep those three numbers in mind, and you’ll always know where you stand.

SOH

SOH (State of Health) shows how well your battery is holding up compared to when it was brand new. It measures how much capacity it still has and gives you a good idea of how much life is left in the pack.

Cell Temp

On the second page (your main screen), look near the top for cell temperature. Just remember: 60°C is the max temp for your battery, and you should only charge when it’s below 40°C.

Voltage Difference

Look at the third page labeled “Cells” and check the top right corner. You’ll see the voltage difference-that’s the voltage gap between your highest and lowest cells. When the battery is resting, make sure it stays under 0.150V.
