Battery Lead Fuse

This is the fuse on your battery lead wire that connects to your battery. Keep a spare taped underneath your wood battery cover.

Front Brake Disc

220mm outer diameter brake disc, M8 bolt size. Features four bolt circles: 67mm PCD (pitch circle diameter) and 47mm PCD. Center bore diameter is 50mm. The disc has an 11mm concave profile.

The stock front hydaulic brake line is 32" (81cm) long but you can use slightly longer lines like 35" (90cm). If you are installing taller handle abrs you might want 47" (120cm) longer line.

This 24mm, 2mm thick washer is the fix for the 2023 ONYX RCR models with front forks missing the internal spacer-this washer serves as a perfect substitute.

The ONYX lower headtube headset measures 25mm in diameter, while the fork diameter is 30mm. Most headtubes are 26mm, so be sure to get the 25mm version.

For the standard height ONYX RCR and CTY2, the rear suspension height ranges from 340mm to 360mm. For the shorty height RCR/CTY2, the rear suspension height is between 290mm and 320mm.

Battery Charge XLR to XT60 Adapters

When using a XLR to XT60 charge adapter, always adhere to the maximum amperage rating of the weakest connection. For XLR connector adapters, this is 10 amps,

Kickstand

The stock kickstand bolt is 8mm with a 1.5mm pitch. Some aftermarket kickstands have a larger 9mm hole, which means you’ll need to drill the mount hole to 9mm for a proper fit. Alternatively, you can install a nut with thread lock to secure it.
