To cut shipping costs, consider boat freight-it will double the delivery time but reduce shipping expenses by about two-thirds.

Rim and Spokes

QS can rim and spoke your motor order-just be sure to choose a 17" or 18" rim with a 3 or 4-cross lace pattern. Avoid the straight radial pattern. With the stock swingarm, you can go for rims as wide as 1.8", 2.1", or 2.5".

Winding Recommendation

Always go with 4T for the 205, 260, and 273 motors-it’s the perfect balance. While 3T and 3.5T might give you higher RPMs, you’ll trade off torque and turn your motor into a mini furnace. More heat, more stress, and a ride that feels like a constant battle to keep up. Keep it cool, keep it smooth-stick to 4T.
