I had the pleasure of installing Andrew’s steel side panels, and they fit perfectly right out of the box. I even prepped the steel surface to custom-paint them myself, and the results were fantastic. To complete the look, I added magnetic Onyx logos, which attached seamlessly to the steel panels. These side panels are an excellent replacement for stock panels with broken tabs-I highly recommend them!

Steel Side Panels Story

Andrew’s passion for the Onyx RCR and the Onyx community inspired him to design durable side panels. After his stock panel’s JB Weld gave out on the welded brackets, he embarked on a long but rewarding journey to create aftermarket panels. He featured folded metal tabs for screw mounts. Crafted from sturdy 14-gauge steel, these panels are built to last. Countless hours were spent measuring and prototyping to ensure a perfect fit for the 1.5 version.

Fitment Notes

  • 1.5 Version: Panels fit smoothly and securely.
  • 1.2 Version: (Identified by an all-black rear brake) Panels may require adjustments for a proper fit.

2023 To 2024 Models

  • Panels will fit perfectly without modification.

Shipping & Lead Time

Panels are carefully packaged to prevent wear during shipping. Allow a 15-day lead time as the metal is custom-cut and bent for each order. If shipping can be expedited, Andrew will do his best!
